MARATHON
The Mount Meru Marathon is a race in the streets and beautiful scenery of Arusha Town. This year with the theme “Our Fitness: Our Capital for a Brighter Future, Full of Rewarding Opportunities”, under new and professional management, we intend to promote better health as the saying goes “Health is Wealth” especially for the youth as they are tomorrow’s future and man power.
Moreover, the Mount Meru Marathon’s aims to cooperate with the government through promoting tourism within the region as Arusha is the centre of Tourism in the country with heart-warming sites including the seven wonders of the world. In addition to that, activities such as biking, hiking and camping at the fascinating Mount Meru and its forest enclosures will be the first among many other steps.
